Set your own service appointment!

New service announcement:

Life just got a whole lot easier to get services through Caincorp.NET. Not only can you chat with support via our blog, (http://caincorpnet.blogspot.com/) but now you can set your own appointment too!

You can select which services you need, select your own date and time, and which expert you want (during our beta trial of the app, it is limited to just me). You'll even get an appointment email with the details of your visit.

Tech support chat: Most people would like a general idea of what an issue may be prior to making a phone call or scheduling an appointment. Well, for a limited time, we're testing our support chat feature with the general public prior to limiting it to existing clients. It is also up for consideration to keep it accessible to the general public. It is quite simple to use; if you visit our blog (http://caincorpnet.blogspot.com/) or our website (http://caincorp.net/Home.html) and chat says "available", then simply click on it and someone will be there to assist you. No downloads or controls needed on your part.
